Nice options on the menu. However we were disappointed in our server. At his first introduction to the table he was friendly & seemed attentive. Ordered a 2nd glass of wine before meal came with him & then he disappeared. Meal was brought out from someone & he never returned. Half way through eating still no wine. He never came to see how everything was. We had to flag down the host to ask about my wine which was sitting at the bar all that time & then my husband ordered another glass of wine for himself with the host. By the end of meal our server returned with no apology or acknowledgement of his disappearance all that time. And yet husbands wine was on the bill that he handed to us at the end of the meal- very odd. An apology would’ve been appropriate & appreciated. (meanwhile our server was seen with other tables just unaware of us- so it wasn’t a complete disappearance…just not giving us any attention & we tried several times to wave him over…very disappointing. Singing for another diner's birthday took place behind us. Our server seemed disinterested from the get go. Bada bing app, house salad and desserts were good, entrees were very mediocre for the $60 and $52 prices. We have been to Gratzzi many times and brought friends for a special occasion and it was a miss. We will no longer bring friends or be loyal patrons. Sad about that but dining out should be special and this wasn't.Load more
